Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 模具工程系碩士班 === 92 === This research is to study the extruding behavior of ceramic zirconia powders. Prior to extrusion processes, the zirconia powders with some additives and lubrication agents are regarded as paste material and simulated their rheological behavior by spherical velocity field. The effects such as extrusion ratio, semi-dieangle and lubrication on extrusion products、strength (density) and extrusion pressure are also analyzed during extrusion of paste materials. The hardness, density distribution, microstructure and morphologies of the sintered extruded zirconia were investigated by X ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) in order to analyze systematically the relationship among the simulated extrusion behavior, extruding processes and the properties of sintered zirconia.
