However, new product development is that one kind stresses team interaction in between globalization and to accelerate evolution continuously scientific and technological progress. In the environment inside and outside the fast reaction, to succeed or not besides organizational learning and organizational innovation inside enterprises new product development, must interaction by benign group also, could make new product development performance produce result taken advantage of to add. So, this research is mainly to discuss how the manufacturer promotes its new product development performance through organizational learning and organizational innovation, and then utilize team operation way conduct to regulate and change one, interference effect probed into in this way influences the result. The research explores the relationships among organizational learning, organizational innovation, team operation and new product development performance by an empirical research. The research use the 1000 corporations from Common Wealth as the Empirical study. And regard executive of the research and development department as the questionnaire and fill out the target of answering, the effective sample are 102. The research use SPSS, ANOVA, LISREL method and prove the hypothesis from the research. The main conclusions of our research are: 1.Organizational learning has significant deviation in organizational innovation. 2.Organizational learning has significant deviation in new product development performance. 3.Organizational innovation has significant deviation in new product development performance. 4.The Organizational learning can indirectly influence the new product development performance through the intermediary affect of the organizational innovation. 5.Organizational learning can influence the organizational innovation through the interaction effect of the team operation. 6.Technological innovation can influence the new product development through the interaction effect of the team operation.
