Summary:碩士 === 高苑技術學院 === 經營管理研究所 === 92 === In order to control the process, raise efficiency, and reduce human mistake, the main purpose of manufacturing management system is integrating the information which operation necessary. The paper would confer the relation issue of computer integration manufacture building and using, and the performance management model has been developed by improving this manufacture management system. The degree of complexity has obvious different between wafer bumping and traditional assembling. Because the bumping procedure is processed by the whole wafer and one cassette (25 wafers), the whole lot might be scrapped if something wrong in bumping process. We have to control every process and make sure to use right recipe. That is helpful for manager in application of information technology. But, we would build an ideal manufacture management system, we should understand well the detail process at first. Second, the process has to simplify by eBusiness, process flow char and operation management technique. As above, I think that is ideal building manufacture management system procedure. After having the system, we should operate it well to raise performance. Because we improved this system and re-exploited to raise performance. We created a series of manufacture management report in order to consult and application for performance management activities. This system is taken as rules to lead the manufacture process, and we follow it to achieve the best performance. We can modify the system as the necessary to improve. After the terminal users operate the system, I get the experience that we improve it by the users'' innovation and the functions of this system work the best performance.
