Description
Summary:碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 科技管理研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this research aims to explore the relationships among the characteristics of KMS (knowledge management system), the performance of KMS, and the performance of organizations. This thesis took high-technology industry as the researched object by investigate examination, and then received the result to analyze them: (1) sampling data analysis, (2) confidence degree analysis, (3) T-teat, (4) Pearson relation analysis. By proofing the data, I got the dissecting result as below: there are variations in the strategy type been token by different industry. The discrepancies of strategies among different industries: semiconductor and communication industries tend to the individualized strategies. The computer and its peripheral industry, optics industry, and precision instrument industry tend to the systematic strategy. The characteristics of KMS are different between the two different strategy types: for systematic strategies, they perform better in information accumulation as well as procedure operations. While there is no significant discrepancy between the aspects of interaction sharing and skill learning. Different strategy types result different KMS performance: the companies of systematic strategies perform better in efficiency, quality, innovation and customer response. The companies of systematic strategies have superior performance in the rate of investment return and profit growing. Positive correlations are found among the characteristics of KMS, performance of KMS and the performance of organizations.
