Taiwan has many advantages to explorer this type of energy with high potential such as: suitable climate condition, high solar radiation and no land- occupied. Moreover, since the fossil resource decreases rapidly, solar energy is becoming one of the best substitute solutions nowadays. Various practical applications of solar energy are promoted widely in Taiwan in past years like: Solar Thermal System and Road Lighting System. Many worldwide and different technical developments and researches concerning solar energy are going forwards as well. The solar energy industry thus grows significantly. This study will focus on the combination of solar energy and LED(Light Emitting Diodes)applying on landscape lighting system in university campus with low electric consumption. The promising result will propose and could be referred as an example for campus to establish an educational, ecological and sustainable community in the future.
