| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 商業設計學系碩士班 === 92 === The Taipei MRT was open to traffic in 1996, that had the very big impact and the change regarding the metropolis transportation. Not only promotes the transportation function, but also cause the populace regarding transportation’s impression of environment and quality change a lot. Many countries of Europe and America has estimated “The Public Art of MRT”, for many years. Both of the process of the choose and the commentary of installment which can provide model for us to reference. In addition, in accordance to the implementation of the cultural art prize, the Project Bureau of MRT also plans the public election committee of Public Art works. Hoping by doing so, we could not only provide the Perfect Art environment to passengers, but also improves the breath of public art raise the accomplishment of culture.
However, the thing that worth us inquiring into is, the MRT system of Taipei is open to traffic until now. The Relationship of interaction among the “passenger”, “the Public ART of MRT”, and “the environment space of MRT”. The view of this research is those MRT station (have seven) all of which have established the Public Art’s works, like “Taipei city Hall”, “Kunyang”, “NTU Hospital”, “C.K.S. Memorial Hall”, “Kuting”, “Kungkuan”, “Nanshih Chiao”. Each of those stations that I investigate by Fixed quantity simpling of asking passengers. Visiting the 350 passengers, and their feeling to the percentage of fusion between the public Art of Taipei MRT and the space of MRT environment , the achievement of the Public Art’s characteristic. Also to probe into the Public Art forms of MRT and the established that meet the need of passengers or not. And think this probe us the reference basis of the choose and plans of MRT’s Public art.
