In another word, the interpersonal relationship between the organizational members will influence on organizational operation and performance. Therefore, this study develop six types of the interpersonal relationship network, base on the strength of the interpersonal relationship, and discuss the influence on OCB and the satisfaction at the performance of manager and department. This study develops an interpersonal relationship and interaction scale rely on eight characteristic of the relationship, concluded by Wan et al.(2002) to measure the strength of the interpersonal relationship between individuals. Besides, we select the members of R&D department, special group for the examination of a case and production department of the IC and PC factory in Hsinchu Science Park, and design one manager and two subordinates to be a study unit. Our results show the different types of the interpersonal relationship network has different influence on OCB and the satisfaction at the performance of manager and department, and the members of the type which has the strong tie of the interpersonal relationship have the best OCB and the highest satisfaction at the performance about manager and department. Besides, the results also show, in OCB and the satisfaction at the performance of manager and department, the members of the dissymmetrical relationship networks are bad than the symmetrical relationship networks.
