Recently, the number of broadcasting stations has expanded considerably. The competitions among the broadcasting stations are increasing. The important issues for government’s broadcasting stations are how to response the challenges of multichannel in broadcasting media and the new communication technologies. The purpose of this study is to explore the organizational commitment attitudes, organizational performance perceptions, and the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational performance perceptions of the employees in government’s broadcasting stations. This study conducted a survey for the employees of Voice of Han Broadcasting Network, Police Radio Station, and National Education Radio. Three hundred and seventy employees’ questionnaires were returned for a response rate of 86.9﹪. SPSS for windows were used for this study. The results of this study suggested that first, significant difference were found between the organizational commitment attitudes and organizational performance perceptions of the employees in government’s broadcasting stations. The identification for organizational value, continue in organization, job attitudes, service quality, organizational profession and organizational image of the employees in local stations and low education were higher levels than the employees in main stations and high education. The commitment attitudes and organizational performance perceptions of young employees were lower levels than old employees. Second, significant correlations were found between the organizational commitment attitudes and organizational performance perceptions. This study also suggested that the organizational commitment were positively and significantly correlated with organizational performance perceptions. The value commitment attitude can influence on the service quality, work ability, and the degree of organizational image perceptions. The effort commitment attitude can influence on the degree of organizational image perceptions. The continue commitment attitude can influence on the degree of organizational professional perceptions.
