But the operational risk will be higher accompanied by single customer, especially the purchasing policy changed by the buyer. Therefore, to change the operational model from single customer to multiple customers is the way to avoid the operational risk. The research discusses the process of fitting new operational model with organizational structure and procedures. The research conducts case-study to discuss the problems of organizational fitting with new operational model accompanied by the customers’ structure change, and also the solutions proposed. The research found that: first, the capabilities of garment OEM manufacturers is the necessary requirement for multiple customers manufacturing service; second, the global logistics and managing multiple cooperation sites are required to provide low cost, high quality product supply; the third, to utilize the comparative advantage for multiple production location is supplement for multiple customers portfolio; the forth, integration power about marketing activities and production capabilities is required for multi customers portfolio to enhance the performance. If the garment OEM suppliers keep the single customer structure, to improve the new product development capability, manufacturing skills, and cost cutting is necessary for competitiveness.
