Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 媒體空間設計研究所碩士班 === 92 === The case study is based on Sang-da community’s development in local culture and industry. Firstly, the theme reviews and analyses the connection between community and local industry in order to clarify the infrastructural power among community organization, business groups and local government. Secondly, the theme explores Sang-da community’s researches and agricultural strategies and the agricultural industry’s impacts on community space, also the features and disadvantages of Send-De case as well. Lastly, the theme gives alternative suggestions on agricultural community development and industry change from an everlasting point of view. The study of the community“Sang-da”has revealed four distinctive advantages with respect to its unique community structure and business: (1) the potential influence toward the area because of the staffs who involved in the activities are also active members of the community;(2) the topics with respect to the local welfare and sense of belonging will be closely monitored and encouraged;(3) in the process of developing a mature, community based business, the business unit demonstrated great advantage when competes with other similar business elsewhere;(4) the local competition can be minimized and the growth potential optimised through carefully arranging and planning the community based business to fully utilize the local resources and unique conditions equipped. However, several concerns of drawbacks also arose when facing the issue of potential traffic impact and conflicts toward environment perseveration including:(1) the difficulties in precisely forecasting the area consumption/expansion rate in the“leisure”agriculture area;(2) it is not well planned to embrace the upcoming demand in traffic routes and parking spaces;(3) conflicts between business development and environment conservation might be inevitable. Thus, it is recommended that the local government and community management consult of“Sang-da”community should establish a detailed development agreement with local business owners to manage the development activities and restrain undesired projects to ensure the balance between environment protection and local business development. In addition, the local development consortium should assemble the local residents to discuss in detail the regulations with respect to the upcoming“leisure”agriculture activities and activities/ direction to preserve the unique local culture on an ongoing basis. Also, constraints should be established to limit the number of foreign vesicle into the community to reduce the impact toward local traffic. The will of the community will be able to assist, direct and control the progress of development i.e. the balance among life, business and production can be achieved though these activities continuously. Most of the essays with similar subject likely to approach this issue from a narrow perspective to discuss the issues between community development and business ramifications; this article centered around the business development and its impact toward the community environment though an actual case study in hope to be the mattress of future research and studies with respect to the local community development.
