Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 成人與繼續教育研究所 === 92 === Based on Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of reproduce in culture, there are two purposes of this study. First, it describes the mutual relationship among historical culture, social structure and development track of museum. Second, it explores the practice of special exhibition in natural history museum and the effects of professional staff upon a special exhibition construction in museum. The method of this research is qualitative approach of ethnography. Fourteen representatives of professional staff are selected for a personal interview, the standardized open-ended interview. Habitude of professional staff and classes of culture capital have a great influence on performing a special exhibition in Natural History Museum, including topic, source of funds, processing of decision making. Special exhibition provides the channel for professional staff to present their cognition to culture capital. They create symbolic capital and symbolic violence. Furthermore, they reproduce power relationship in culture and virtue judgment via the function of museum education
