As we know its piezoelectric coefficient d33 we can predict the behavior and the physical properties then provide the standard for the study of piezoelectric appliance to help us to choice the suitable piezoelectric materials and shapes. So the thesis provides the simple and practicable method for the measurement of the piezoelectric coefficient d33. In accordance with the method, we bring up the approach of the actual circuit and realize. We compare the result of the measurement to d33 meter of the industrial environment. We hope to realize the precision of the circuit of the piezoelectric coefficient d33 among in the 10 Hz ~2 kHz.
