Under the WSSO functionality environment, we can use ‘Meta-Directory’ to simplify the global account (identity) management, consolidate system authentication and authorization, centralize and personalize the entitlement of web applications for any type of users through the presentation of enterprise information ‘Portal’. The account accuracy, consistency and integrity will be improved when we implement identity management however the enterprise companies are sited on some different regions. The authentication and authorization mechanism will be integrated with the same access control management, which will enhance the system security. And the content management let the users can execute the applications through the unified access windows and use the experienced knowledge to access the context, thus the EAI system will provide more friendly interface, reduce the learning cost, increase the work efficiency and productivity, the most important, it can help the enterprise culture cultivated and deliver the good image of enterprise on the internet. The infrastructure of WSSO will setup the foundation of simplifying and centralizing the IT management for enterprise internally as well as the foundation of operating of e-business externally.
