| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電子物理系所 === 92 === We can obtain high peak power laser with absorber inside cavity. High peak power lasers are applied to distance measuring, radar, medical system and industry marker process. The lasers which are used to be the distance measuring tools has a series pulse delay problem. In our thesis, we will discuss that the transverse modes of different cavities and the variation of pulse delays of different mode position. Delay in pulse arrival times from hundreds of picoseconds to several tens of nanoseconds can be observed in our experiment.
