Hence, it is important for enterprises to leverage supply chain integration effort to gain agility and efficiency. The need for integration is especial eminent for Taiwan computer manufacturers. Because Taiwan computer manufacturer companies are relatively small to world wide brand owners and have became the brand owners’ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Due to this OEM business characteristic, Taiwan computer industry’s supply chain is the most competitive and complicated environment in the world. Therefore, successful supply chain implementations model is critical to survival of Taiwan computer industry. Base on Adaptive Structuration Theory, this research is observe and analyze a well known internal own brand company’s successful supply chain integration system project. The social interaction between brand owner and 12 Taiwan OEMs during the implement project are investigated. The research finds out 15 factors that may impact the success of supply chain implementation.
