This research bases on a population from the teachers in Vocational High School of the Industrial Programs in Taiwan area. The sample includes 700 valid responses of 800 teachers from 40 schools. The questionnaire survey is conducted an information analysis that using descriptive statistic methodology, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this research were summarized as following: 1.The vocational high school teachers can adopt the positive coping strategy. 2.The female, junior, positioned on directors, educated with bachelor's degree, and unmarried teachers have much job stress. 3.The mostly differences between teachers with various background do not affect their coping strategy. 4.The teachers, who teach in private or city school, will not adopt the avoidance coping strategy 5.The teachers who suffer different stress will adopt different coping strategy. Based on the research conclusion, we provide the concrete suggestions, and hope it is valuable to superintendents and Vocational High Schools and teachers for their future work. 鄭友超 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 185 zh-TW
