Some scholars figure out the reason of inefficient, they find that if suppliers have no intention to join E-marketplace, buyers would not join because they are not able to get the benefit of auction. We consider using subsidy strategy and returning strategy to coordinate supply chain. We find that these two strategies can improve the situation of “double marginalization”. There are more suppliers join E-marketplace, and the buyer gains more profit. The subsidy strategy is better than returning strategy in profit improving.
