The users can construct reusable and sharable learning course content through the authoring tool interface. Students can browser the Web Pages among different LMS platforms over the internet. Content providers can construct course content, which conforms to the specification of SCORM without understanding XML syntax, course metadata, and content packaging. Moreover, content providers can reuse the existing courses to construct a new course.
