碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 國民教育研究所 === 92 === The purposes of the research were：1、Understanding the satisfaction of the elementary school teachers who take the teacher in-service education. 2、Exploring the differences in the way of teacher in-service education between the different personal backgrounds. 3、Providing the conclusions and suggestions as the references for elementary school teachers, educational institutions , and future study. The study has got four conclusions as follows： 1. The elementary school teachers almost satisfy the way of degree in-service education. 2. The satisfaction changes while the personal backgrounds are different. 3. For most elementary school teachers, they take the in-service education to improve their professional abilities. 4. Providing suggestions to improve the way of in-service education.
