Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所碩士班 === 92 === International Tourist Hotels in Taiwan is studied in the research with a focus on the impact of business environment, core competence and business strategy on human resources strategy and its performance. Managers of International Tourist Hotels who participate in the decision making of human resource strategy were required to fill out the questionnaires. The research utilizes Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Chi-square Test and ANOVA analysis to test the research hypothesis. It is concluded from the research result that:(1)There are no significant difference among the human resource strategy adopted though the hotels may be under different business environment, core competence and business strategy. But, difference do exist in the human resource practice due to different business environment, core competence and business strategy.(2)Both the different business environment and core competence have significant effect on employee identification, while different business strategy, operation type and characteristic all have significant effect on employee productivity.(3)the co-effect of business environment and human resource strategy has significant influence on the employee turnover rate.
