碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 行銷與流通管理研究所 === 93 === For ethnic Chinese, Guanxi and Trust form most activity of their life. It has been pervasive in every aspect of Chinese social and organizational activities. Also, they all influence the business activity. For business, Buyers and Sellers will utilize the different Guanxi base on respective position of the task environment, and different Guanxi will affect the benefits of firms. This research has adopted case study to collect data and information. To understanding Guanxi, we select three Taiwan OEM factories in Dongguan. At the end of research, we found that: 1. Environmental factory, Personal factory, and the characteristic of exchanging object influence the developing of Guanxi. 2. Through the process of transfer and diffusion, Inter-Personal Guanxi generates the Inter-Organizational Guanxi. 3. The structure of Guanxi moderate the process of forming Inter-Organizational Guanxi.
