In Taiwan, the aboriginals’ main schools and special classes represent some differences from this research, so it is mainly probing into this model operation. The Eastern District Vocational Training Center keeps its uniqueness that because it was established by clergies of foreign, besides it focused on aboriginals’ training, the total number is over 70﹪, even some students come from other counties and cities in Taiwan. It indeed makes difference from the other training centers. The research probes into the aboriginals’ culture and characteristics through the path of their homes and schools education. Then further explores the skills education and vocational training of aboriginals. Students and workers in the relevant fields as the mainly subjects of this study whether for interview or research. There are five dimensions: First, living education and counseling strategies. Second, the relationship of technological development and self-confidence. Third, promote the aboriginals’ skill education. Fourth, the reflection of operation models in the Eastern District of Vocational Training Center. Fifth, the influence of government’s policies and decree. The main results of this research are: 1.The key point makes the education and vocational training of young aboriginal students successful or not, It depends on the outputs of the living educational counseling, it’s because their unique culture, values and individual backgrounds also make the gaps, thus it couldn’t set the ways we “Hans” thinking and it should educate with respect, understanding, forgiving and admitting. 2.Aboriginal students without the special achievement inclined to lose self-confidence, it should strengthen the learning ways bases on the learning situation, therefore can transfer to he resources establishment of self-confidence and dignity. 3.The technical learning used to be the superiority of aboriginal students, even the students of low level in academic achievement can reach the national top in this field. 4.The superiority of our organization in the Training Center lies good relationship and link with the families and diligently to sincerity to our cooperative manufactures. 5.It needs longer time to verify the influence because the executing period is always too short. The researcher doesn’t think it did very exactly in implementing aboriginals’ vocational training in 10 or 20 years ago, neither long-term planning in aboriginals’ education. It could be envisioned, there will be more and more problems in our society in the future made by the aboriginal students those who without any ability can live on.
