Especially, the category of food is sold in every story, which is all follows the shopkeeper’s racial character or his/her occupation in the past. When we research it by the way of Sidey’s perspective on past to present and categorization. Then we find these. There are wild ingredients in the mountain/seashore and aquatic product in the sea, which the products in this environment only. Every regime changes to issue the policy in the country are different. People always follow the policy to transform his/her lifestyle. Intermarriage brought about culture fusion and adoption. One of changes is cooking. They start to trend to the Han variously culinary methods from simple of original ones. And “people want to eat different things than usual” of thought contribute the category of food in story to relate with character of shopkeeper. But people live in here, which usually say one sentence is “that is a remote village”. It makes us to open another kind of vision that is the man and place are dialogizing all the time each other. When we exist in the world, we must to make a movement to full of us life is Production. In an early phase, the Costal Mountain and the Pacific Ocean built the wall of Yan-liao to stride across this natural demarcation was a difficult thing. People were limited in here. So that production was looking for things to satisfy essentially physiological need in this products sparse place. Life was entirely different after traffic finished that introduced The Taiwan Miracle’s economical trend into here. During these periods, man sensed the change of space to obtain experiences. Then the ones became knowledge to transform an ology further. These changed from Produce to Management to extend Cultural Food in present, which were basis of geographical knowledge. Even it expended the kind of product technique was Time-Region-Thing-Human. Production and exchange were assisted by the knowledge system and product technique, which dodged spatiotemporal variation to make exchange system steady. Exchange is a way of contact with another person who has things we want for. When we go into a location base on that, we will play different role on different location. Then relationship between changers is expanding immediately. A Thing is an important link in course of the relationship construction, which occur on a location combine restaurant and home. And shift in relationship with changers cause three kinds of things are main course, second course and others to appear one by one in this place. It is similar to a ripple is broaden the scope from center to an outward place gradually, which the center of this circle is Yan-liao. It will make relationship more diversification. Therefore this village is in a remote region, the appearance is a troubled place, and it is one who isn’t live in here says this have a beautiful view in Taiwan’s east coast. People choose to exist at this place. They build home for self in here will not a daydream. Their life will be filled with these element of happiness are scenery and fellow producers. It is a different one with others namely being of man in Yan-liao.
