Many scholars have strived to develop a formulated inventory model. They hoped to describe the behavior of the business model effectively and establish an optimal order policy. Company based upon the considerations of the economic effects, the company’s self-owned warehouse is a prescribed space that is not easily changed. And the company’s self-owned warehouse is uncertainly large enough to satisfy the demand of the inventory storage within anytime. Therefore the Company has to rent some other warehouse, and the research of the “EOQ Model of Two Level of Storage” is derivational. The study initially focused on a supply chain consisting of a single supplier and a single retailer, and considering the limit of retailer’s self-owned warehouse. Then, considering the actuality that it permissible deferment delivery. The study is proposed to derive the optimal supplier and retailer time of delivery decisions with their joint total cost minimized. The optimal time of delivery and total system cost under the supplier-retailer coordination policy are compared with that under the retailer-dominant policy and the supplier-dominant policy. The study considers the perishable of inventory, the limit of retailer’s self-owned warehouse and Deferment Delivery.
