The questionnaire method was used to investigate the current conditions of resources recycling in primary and secondary schools in Hsin-Chu county. 89 primary and secondary schools in Hsin-Chu county were sampled. The descriptive statistics and some inferential methods ,such as t-test, ANOVA, were used to analyze the collected data. The results were found as following: 1. Every primary and secondary schools practice the campus resources recycling worked in Hsin-Chu County. 2. The resources recycling works in Hsin-Chu primary and secondary schools are charged by health captain in large schools or students’ affair captain in small schools. All schools have different ways of resources recycling, such as in recycling items, frequencies of recycling, the weighted method of resources items, and the distribution methods of resource recycling income. 3. The efficiency of resources recycling in Hsin-Chu primary and secondary schools are different by complex of practical models. The schools of five or more resources recycling in a week, students’ affair office responding resources recycling work, collecting and recording in whole school, resources recycling money to be used by all classes, and the emphasis of school principle, they can have better results of resources recycling. 4. Most schools in Hsin-Chu county did not have good resource recycling efficiency. 5. There is no significant difference between male and female student’s attitudes toward resources recycling, but the ones who have resource recycling experience or lived in rural area have better attitude about resources recycling. 6. The students of the good resource recycling efficiency schools have positive environmental attitude.
