This research is for the purpose of understanding survey of and the difference situation the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management ,its main research goal is: 1.Understanding the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management the survey. 2.The penetration literature induces as well as discusses correlation of theory and the significance the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management. 3.Aanalysis different background variables national elementary school general affairs personnel its knowledge management difference situation. 4.The basis findings,put forward the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management specifically feasible proposal and in accordance to the strategy. This research is uses the literature analytic method, the questionnaires and interviews. Take the peach bamboo seedling four counties cities the public national elementary school general affairs personnel as the sampling object, total sends out 630 to ask the volume,recycles 496 to ask the volume,the returns-ratio is 78.83%, effectively asks volume 427. The researcher acts according to the collection material, carries on the generalized analysis and discusses, induces the opinion. This research after asked the volume material collection, the penetration narration statistics, the t test, statistical method and one-way analysis of variance,exchanges looks up the obtained material to carry on the analysis. Moreover also makes word by word the manuscript to interviews the material, again synthesizes the induction, discusses participant's opinion. Result of according to the this research analysis, induces following several conclusions: 1.The present stage peach, bamboo, concept of situation seedling area public national elementary school general affairs personnel knowledge management still permissible,but treats in the knowledge transformation and the share part strengthen. 2.The different background variables general affairs personnel it "knowledge management" difference situation not one. 3.The different background variables general affairs director it knowledge managemet difference situation not one. 4.The national elementary school general affairs personnel concept consciousness presents reveals the difference to the general affairs office knowledge management. 5.The national elementary school general affairs personnel has a higher approval by in the general affairs director's knowledge management stratification plane, in the general affairs work camp repairs the purchase most to need the knowledge management. Based on the research discovery and the conclusion, the researcher proposed following several suggestions, supplies to make the reference: First to the educational administration institution's suggestion. 1.Establishes the general affairs administration knowledge library and the interaction type study website . 2.Establishment reward mechanism and provides the cause. 3.Handles the knowledge management to take advanced courses active and the establishment study card according to the system. Second to the school suggestion the 1.Strengthens the teachers and administrators knowledge management to the school suggestion the idea. 2.Promotion application information science and technology ability, establishes the share specialized knowledge society the group. 3.Collection collects the entire school, the guardian and the community public figure's opinion, comments the quantity knowledge management result. 4.Eestablishment knowledge supervisor (chief knowledge officer) system. 5.Friendly servant strength resource distribution and management. Third to general affairs office suggestion that, 1.General affairs director should positively act the knowledge long leadership role. 2.General affairs personnel must be able to admit many Yuan opinions. Fourth to the futurology suggestion 1.Research technique aspect: The following research may utilize a diverser method. 2.Research tool aspect following research can more thorough inquire into the ana. 3.Research object aspect expands with the national elementary school general affairs personnel knowledge management related research object.
