This research is for the purpose of understanding survey of and the difference situation the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management ,its main research goal is: 1.Understanding the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management the survey. 2.The penetration literature induces as well as discusses correlation of theory and the significance the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management. 3.Aanalysis different background variables national elementary school general affairs personnel its knowledge management difference situation. 4.The basis findings,put forward the national elementary school general affairs office knowledge management specifically feasible proposal and in accordance to the strategy. This research is uses the literature analytic method, the questionnaires and interviews.
