The fourth chapter is to analyze the New Labour’s European policy about politics and economy. The fifth chapter is to discuss for European security policy of the New Labour. The sixth chapter is to make a conclusion. The economic integrated EU already possesses the potential to become a super power; hence being one of the leaders in EU would be a chance for Britain to raise her value.
