This thesis offers the solutions for the common employer’s liabilities risk. Using them and the risk administrators would be more effective on their daily work that focus on reducing any risk. And then, while the occupational comprehensive systems have been getting improvements, in the mean while, the obligations of the employer are getting more and more too. According to the regulations of Taiwan’s labor’s affairs, they are quite different to each other. The employer will hard to find the best one that will meet the needs of employer and employees. This thesis offers the adaptive advise that how to resolve it. Besides, this thesis offers many ideas for making settlements for the disputation before the employees will take the litigation action. Finally, I summarize the above topics, making reviews and comment and some suggestions to the ones that will accomplish the perfect occupational comprehensive systems.
