This research result:
(一) The stock interest on shares gives bonus with employee to join from partnership, will inflate the subscribed capital and dilution stock prices obviously, if its growth rate can't exceed to go together with the interest on shares rate, then can't have the high stock price.
( 二) The company implement Treasury stock is different just remunerate the rate, was had by sampling 0.69%(Springsoft) goes to 16.34%(Avermdeia) just remunerate the rate.
(三) About Two Tax Laws Match, suggest high limit tax rate investor, by its 30% and 40%s had better not participate in addition to the power, in addition to interest.
