Most of the companies in Taiwan assess the performance by the measurement of the safety problem and the assessment result will become the companies’ performance indication. These performance indication, which is from the positive harm rate and seriousness rate can NOT reflect the safety administration effectively but also a lot of limitation; at this moment, there are many different opinion for the relating research. Therefore, it should set up the performance indication on the initiative. In addition, it also should indicate or represent by the measurable or observative phenomenon. There basis for our research to build up the performance indication is to probe into the previous papers which stated the basic principle of the performance indication, the needs of establishing the performance indication, also the understanding of the relevant research to support the safety performance indication. Further too understand the reason of calamity from its appearance; to go a step further, setting up a method to clarify an indication or regulation; besides, it should refer to the safety regulation law. Moreover, establishing the performance indication for the business parties. The structure of safety sanitation administration, which had brought up, shall be studied as an individual case. To conclude the safety sanitation administration of the performance indication is elementary to prove the practicability of this method.
