碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運輸倉儲營運所 === 92 === In recently years, shipping industry is prosperous, most significant symbol is that BDI index rises constantly, this real phenomenon represent prosperity of shipping industry grow up actually in global. Many shipping corporations in our country play important role in shipping market in global, for instance Evergreen Marine, Yang Ming Marine and Wan Hai Lines etc, how are their operate situation and business performance is our research concerned, besides, how are other transportation corporations business performance in our country is also our research concerned. On the other hand, stock price is prior index of prosperity, could investor by way of transportation company’ prosperity grows up to invest well transportation company to gain profit or not? This is also our interest subject. So, our research not only confer business performance in transportation company, but also confer that relation of the business performance and stock return ratio exist or not, in other words, could we employ result of business performance to construct optimal stock portfolio to gain profit? Our research will confer application value by way of actual demonstration. In our research, we employed Factor analysis and Multiple Regression analysis to proceed. Finally, result of our research revealed that group of transportation company with well business performance is average, but group of transportation company with bad performance center on some company that work badly in long term obviously, besides, we also found that some transportation company which are not in centre security market business performance better than some company in centre security market. On the other hand, we found that stock return ratio in company with performance well is better than some company with bad performance, we could gain perfect invest return ratio according to this trick to construct portfolio. Therefore, to construct investment plan depended on enterprise business performance is necessary and wise.
