Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理所 === 92 === The Research on Service Quality of Peace Preservation Police: Take the Handling of Mass Movement and Social Order Maintenance of Election as Examples SUMMARY After 319 assassination during the campaign of presidential election and ever since there were continuous mass movements taking place . The stability of the democratic and political situation has become an urgency at this moment ; the police now play an major role in which they have to cope with the mass movements and social order . The direction of this thesis is based on the quality of service as the police face those mentioned above . Moreover , because of their duties to confront challenge when dealing with social-related work or issues from the public , the differences between their quality of service and the concept of the people are key factors whether the people are satisfied with the service of the police or the authority , and how stable the nation’s political and economic conditions are as well . In the research , we utilize 5-Structures of business , which is from the method of enterprise operation plus the two structures of the police’s profession and their uniqueness from work . The analysis shows the police are not aware of any difference on each aspect of work , while the people do sense obvious differences due to their concepts and anticipation . The analysis from the application of FUZZY indicates the result of the service are merely qualified but , as a matter of fact , not really ideal ; especially for those of the “legitimacy”,” timeliness ”, ”surety ”, and “responsiveness” should be given re-oriented thoughts of service . At the end we use the related information for analysis and realize that none of the structures above should be partially neglected in conclusion . The result of this research provides six suggestions for police on the job in the future: 1. To increase interaction with civil organization, the social organization that represents the social justice should stand to lift. 2 To broadcast the professional program to comfort the public immediately in the public television, and make the satisfaction survey, keeping on improving intelligence of enforcing the law. 3. With democracy, rule by law, human right, equality, freedom, peace, welfare, thrive for the core value of the decision - making, make up the special service team to carry out service sentiment (The public are benefactors). 4. The technique of the police enforcing the law should on the basis of all-directions consideration of ratio principle for gaining the public’s reliance. 5. The peaceful parade and congregation is the police and the people''s greatest common divisor, Should put in the police and the people''s mind forever. 6. To start out of love, with the same heart to face the public, ensuring the human’s dignity, to set up and protect the authority of social peace, not the political power. Finally, the three greatest foundation of core resource with the public orientation as faith: Team with talented persons, organization’s knowledge and creativity and operational model of dynamic window operation mode will be the surety of police’s long-term service , hoping that we could give the more clear direction and way to the police’s units about promoting the service quality, and make the police’ service work display more excellent , offering the people better quality of service .
