The research results and constructive suggestions are also presented to be reference by homeroom teachers to establish their class website. To accomplish these goals, the researcher designed an interactive class website and applied it in the management of her own class. In order to investigate the topic in depth, the research adopted mainly the qualitative method and partly the quantitative method. The data was collected pervasively to depict the entire actual circumstance of the class management and to deeply understand both the construction and the effect of the class website. The important findings and conclusions of this study are listed as following: 1. The are various ways of establishing the class website , and the contents of the website need to be set up and updated step by step. 2. The effect of the interactive class website: (1)The condition of the website usage is very good, and the use of the website grows steadily. (2)The most used item of the website are the message board and the bulletin area, and the options for assisting the administration work、studies、discipline and the human relationship for the homeroom teacher are different. (3)The homeroom teacher can find the class problems through the website, including problems of the whole class and an individual. 3. The effect of the interactive class website to assist the homeroom teacher manage the class: (1)The website is definitely helpful in assisting the administrative work of the class. (2)The website is definitely helpful in assisting the learning of the class, especially the learning of skills. (3)The website is not definitely helpful in assisting the enforcement of the class rules. (4)The website is definitely helpful in assisting the human relationship of the class, especially the interaction between the teacher and students, and among the peers.
