Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 資訊管理系 === 92 === The design of experiment (DOE) is a wild accepted method for proper parameter selection on manufacturing processes. However, under the consideration of experiment costs and difficulties for understanding the use of DOE becomes challenges for general engineers. In the other way, the experience for manufacturing can be used to decide proper parameter levels instead of DOE. The experience can be found or searched from different production databases or databases of control charts, and it can be recognized as business intelligence for selecting proper parameter levels. Therefore, this paper is aim to propose a process for parameter selection using business intelligence. The process is expected can achieve time saving and cost reduction comparing with the DOE method under the condition of well conservation of used manufacturing data.
