The hypotheses of this study are as follows: 1. There was significant difference in job stresses aspect of the primary school teacher from variable background. 2. There was significant difference in burnout aspect of the primary school teacher from variable background. 3. There was significant linear correlation between the job stresses and burnout of the primary school teacher. Referenced by past research, the study tool is the self-designed “Questionnaire of Primary School Teachers’ Job Stresses and Burnout”. Totally 1000 sample teachers(830 valid sample teachers)were surveyed in all of the primary teachers in Kaohsiung County and Pindong County. The statistical methods used here were T-Test, One-Way-Anova, Canonical Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression. The main findings are: 1. The average in the aspect of work load is above measure the form to be worth in the center(3). 2. Different background variables make job stresses of primary school teachers vary greatly in some aspects. 3.The average in the aspect of job burnout is above measure the form to be worth in the center(3). 4.Different background variables make job burnout of primary school teachers vary greatly in some aspects. 5.The information literacy about the job stresses to burnout of the primary school is 37﹪. 6.The prediction about the job stresses to burnout of the primary school teacher:the information literacy in emotional exhaustion aspect is 31﹪, the information literacy in lack of personal accomplishment aspect is 32﹪, the information literacy in depersonalization aspect is 28﹪.
