碩士 === 國立屏東師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this research was to inquire into the Kaohsiung County City primary school teachers, attitude towards human rights education and their view on the implementation of human rights education. To achieve this purpose, the author first delved into literature, theories and related research. Then in conformity with the finding, the author wrote“Questionnaire on Primary School Teachers,Attitude Towards Human Rights Education and the Implementation of Human Rights Education ” to be used as the research tool, and selected through stratified random sampling 456 certified teachers as the subjects. These teachers were selected from schools in Kaohsiung City and Kaohsiung County. The description statisticses, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation, and typical Correlation were statistical methods that were used. The main detection of this research is as follows:
I. In the aspects of elementary school human rights education implement current conditions
1.Have to think the school that it serve over 7 0% teacher to educate with implement human rights, therefore human rights the education is already widespread to carry out in the elementary school.
2.Although human rights educational implement method is very diverse, most teachers think that implement method of school human rights education is" carry out in related curriculum".
3.The teacher thinks that the school that it serve don''t carry out reason biggest of human rights education as" the administration unit did not program".
4.Near to 8 0% elementary school teacher, think that the oneself has carried out human rights education; Although human rights educational teaching method is very diverse," relate the method" is human rights education teaching method that the teachers often use most.
5." Have a class time"," the occasional event of the school or class", three in" social related affairs in concert", is the opportune moment that the teacher often carries out human rights education most.
6.Most teachers all make use of" current events, news affairs" to be the teaching material of human rights education.
7.Being subjected to and trying the teacher and diding not carry out biggest reason of human rights education is" have no appropriate of teaching material or references".
8.The implement human rights education biggest difficulty in teacher is" have no well time", is" the teaching material obtains not easy" the next in order.
9." Worth education" is a teacher to think important human rights education content.
10.The teacher holds the positive viewpoint to the implement that human rights educate mostly, but also put forward many suggestions and viewpoint.
II. Human rights in elementary school teacher education attitude aspect
1.The elementary school teacher educates the action of its" implement method" to feel to know the degree to human rights, the male teacher is high in the female teacher.
2.Educate" just to function" and" implement will" to human rights, the teacher of the service past service the set of 11-20 years all compares the teacher of the set of 1-10 years to have the viewpoint of the front side.
3.Educate" teaching influence" to human rights, the teacher''s more secluded teacher in city has the viewpoint of the front side, also having because of different teacher''s age the obvious difference.
4.Is different and reach the obvious difference because of the teacher''s religion and faith to" social sexual function" that human rights educate.
5.The human rights education" importance cognition" and" self-conscious action cognition" in elementary school teacher is obvious and related.
Finally, researcher according to the research result, to the education administration organization, elementary school school administration, elementary school teacher, and the mindset of the research of future puts forward the suggestion.
