The system is also used to satisfy Customer’s need, also enhancing the techniques used to create suitable train environment and method. Following the above procedures, customer will receive valuable and high standards of quality in service .While facing a large number of competitors , the making of appropriate decision requires a detailed plan and evaluation , as this is required to aid the trading techniques. Due to the need of CRM system is required differently by various industries. Therefore , this research is based on the need by customers and also allowing the organization to understand the true needs required by customers.
