CyberPatrol and EmU are the other two companies merged by SurfControl in different period of time under complete and incomplete information status. By deduction of the games, this study shows every possible movements of decision in the game. Decisions of players were making under the condition of best equilibriums. In comparing game models deduction with empirical study by analysis its finance performance after merged, this study found that the best equilibrium for both players does not mean the best in the practical world. 張宮熊 2004 學位論文 ; thesis zh-TW
