碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 92 === Since 1980s Decision Support System (DSS) have been regarded. No matter domestic or overseas, there are more and more enterprises are using DSS. We can see the DSS have playing an important role in business. In order to investigate DSS succeed factors, this thesis ategorizes relational literature to build research framework, and analyzes the questionnaire to proof the developed DSS successful factors. The researches analyze by multiple regression method. We found that System Quality, Information Quality, System Interface, Use Situation, and organization environment have strongly and significantly affected the success of the DSS. In other words, the five dimensions are successful factors. Through the result of analysis, we found that Information Quality of DSS is more influential, Organziation Environment is less influential for success on DSS. This thesis can be offer to organizations for reference to lead DSS and to rise the opportunity of using DSS successfully.
