Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 92 === The purpose of this study is to determine an optimum operatng parameter of the oxyacetylene flame for cutting SM41. The distance of the crater´s nozzle, the radius of the selected oxygen-acetylene, the distance between the cutting line and the guide bar, and the high pressure oxygen´s nearly line position were emplyed to be the controlling factors.
Applying the Taguchi Method, the optimum operation parameters of the inclined cutting job using the oxyacetylene were obtained. Then, to reduce the follow-up combines tolerance and using decrease the production cost can be achieved. The roughness of cutting surface, Ra, can be reduced to 5.7μm.
