Total of 350 senior citizens were interviewed using a self-design questionnaire and 311 copies of questionnaires were valid. The analysis are based on descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, stepwise multiple regression, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of this survey are: (1) Educational level, retirement, economic status, the numbers of chronic illness, children situation, monthly allowance, and frequency of overseas travel showed statistically significant differences in total leisure constraint. (2) Retirement, and the numbers of chronic illness showed statistically significant differences in perceived health status. (3) Perceived health status was significantly negatively correlated with total leisure constraint, and the correlation coefficient is -0.244. (4) Stepwise regressions showed that self perceived health status and economic status were the significant predictors of the total leisure constraint, which accounted for 13.50% of the variance.
