Abstract This study was to explore the relationship Principles’ Information Literacy and Information Technology Integrated Instruction in the Elementary Schools. The purpose of this study were as follows: 1. To understand Principles’ Information Literacy in the Elementary Schools. 2. To understand Information Technology Integrated Instruction in the Elementary Schools. 3. To analyze the relationship between Principles’ Information Literacy and Information Technology Integrated Instruction in the Elementary Schools. The study was conducted through questionnaire survey. There were 459 with a ratio of 96.43% usable samples received from the target principles in 4 counties of central Taiwan. (Taichung city, Taichung county, Nantou county, Chenghua county) The statistical techniques were descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The conclusions of this study include: 1.The Principles’ Information Literacy in the Elementary Schools is positive. 2.There were significant differences in the Principles’ Information Literacy in the Elementary Schools in different background variables. 3.Information Technology Integrated Instruction in the Elementary Schools is positive. 4.There were significant differences in the Information Technology Integrated Instruction in the Elementary Schools in different background variables. 5.The canonical correlation existed between Principles’ Information Literacy and Information Technology Integrated Instruction in the Elementary Schools.
