Summary:碩士 === 臺南師範學院 === 教師在職進修音樂教學碩士學位班 === 92 === This study aims to solve the difficulty or problem encountered in researchers’ teaching contexts through the method of action research - through the process of action research: problem identification; analysis; establishment of the encountered curriculum problems; working out the possible strategies to solve the problem; looking for cooperating partners; implementing the scheme; then reflecting and evaluating the scheme. It aims to clarify researchers’ (music teachers) concepts and awareness of the current arts education program and the position of primary school music education, to establish the importance of music appreciation instruction in the school arts education program and ways to implement a music appreciation program, to investigate the content and the teaching strategies used in a music appreciation program from the perspective that, “arts, which originated from life, should be incorporated into life”, and thereby to implement the real-life music appreciation scheme with primary school year three students and evaluate its effects. The results of this research are concluded as follows: 1. In implementing the current arts education curriculum, music teachers should be clear the following concepts and awareness of the value and implementation of arts education, the subject contents of current primary school arts education, and the position of primary school music education. 2. The importance and implementation of music appreciation education in a school’s art education program: From child music cognition and behavioral development, integrated subject teaching, diverse culture, and aesthetics education outlook─these four angles can firmly establish the importance of music appreciation education in a school’s arts education program and are approved. 3. The implementation feasibility should come from the teaching objectives of music appreciation education, teaching contents, and explanation of teaching strategies, planning, and teaching implementation. 4. The contents of an arts education for primary school music appreciation, from the point of view of teaching design, include several levels: multidimensional music appreciation, diversified teaching activities, varied teaching contents, narrative type teaching, and real-life music activities. 5. The strategy of an arts education for primary school real-life music appreciation and teaching strategy application should place importance to leading through real-life including: choosing materials that are related to student’s lives, repeated listening to be familiar with music contents, emphasizing learning guidance and integrative learning, using interactive learning with experts and peers, making good use of technology to stimulate learning motivation and contribute to a rich learning environment. 6. The implementation results of real-life music appreciation teaching plan should strengthen students’ music aesthetics experience and abilities, foster interest in music learning in the students, and promote teacher’s professional growth which were all achieved. Finally, based on the ideas concerning the research procedure and research results regarding music learners, arts, and humanities materials creators, The implementation results of real-life music appreciation teaching and future education activity researchers the study offers some suggestions.
