I selected teachers in Tainan County as the population and use the stratified random sampling as the survey method. With the questionnaires, there are 529 effective samples. The answer rate of the questionnaires is 87.29%. The data gathered from the survey is interpreted by the descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe''s method posteriori comparisona, Pearson''s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The study conclusions are the following: 1. 42.9% elementary teachers take exercises regularly. The order of the exercises they usually take are jogging, taking a walk, playing badminton and hiking. 2. There is obvious diversity in the elementary school teachers’ exercise behavior, which is affected by the different sex, age, post, marriage condition and major. Over 50 or in forties, dean or director, married, and PE as the major male teachers have better regular exercise behavior than under 29, tutor teacher, single and not PE as major female teachers. 3. The elementary teachers’ regular exercise behavior has clear positive correlation among the exercise self-effects, expectancy of the result brought by exercise and society support in exercise. 4. The research objects’ sex, age, marriage conditions and major decides the obvious diversity in exercise self-effects. 5. The research objects’ post, marriage conditions and major decides the obvious diversity in expectancy of the result brought by exercise. 6. The research objects’ sex, age, post and marriage conditions decides the society support in exercise. 7. The calculation of the two factors, exercise self-effects and sex, to regular exercise behavior is 19.1%.
