Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 國民教育所國語文教育學碩士班 === 92 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting on the career maturity,career barrier and coping strategies,and According to the results of study to provide suggestions. The measure instruments used in this study were Career Maturity Inventory,Career Barriers Scales,Coping Scales, and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale. The subjects were 767 university female students selected from 37 university schools in south area. Data obtained were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences in career maturity of the different grades,education quality and work experience of the university female students. 2. There were significant differences in career barrier of the different public/private school,education quality and work experience of the university female students. 3. There were significant differences in coping strategies of the different grades and work experience of the university female students. 4. There were two significant canonical factors among career maturity,career barrier,coping strategies and career self-efficacy. 5. There were significant canonical factors between career maturity,career barrier and coping strategies. Applications for the results of the study and suggestions on career guidance for the university female students and future researches were provided.
