After the above studies, the relationship and the effectiveness between the two purposes will be composed. Based on the results of the research, we’ll provide some suggestions for educational administration organizations, and the school administrative staff including teachers. To achieve the study purposes, the research clarifies the theory foundation of knowledge management, describes the content of the theory and what the effectiveness of teacher’s study circle actually is through literature review. By the clarification, we analyzed the status of the application of knowledge management and the effectiveness characters in teacher’s circles. Through the discussion, the researcher started the survey according to a self-edited questionnaire named “The relationship between the application of knowledge management and the effectiveness in teacher’s study circles in elementary schools”, the sample included 500 teachers. The sampling results is 401effective samples selected out of 500questionnaires, useful rate comes to 82%. The data is analyzed by T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regressions. The results of the study reveals below: 1. The application of knowledge management in teacher’s study circles is still good; the effectiveness is teacher’s study circles is upper –intermediate. 2. Male teachers are those who have better performance on the application of knowledge management in teacher’s study circles. 3. Those who are in small-size schools have better performance in application of knowledge management. 4. Male teachers are those who have better performance on the effectiveness in teacher’s study circles. 5. Those who are in small-size schools have better effectiveness in teacher’s study circles. 6.
