This research was taken in Hsiang-Shang Junior High School, participated by second-year students who were in the old learning system and eighth-year students who were in the new learning system. ‘FP Measure Instrument’, ‘FR Testing Paper’, and ‘SPEC Measurement Table’ were used as a testing and investigation tools in this research. As the result showed, male students had a significant difference between the two systems in FP, especially in ‘Sit-and-Reach’ and ‘Standing-Long-Jump’. New system’s male students were better than the old system’s. Female students s had a significant difference between the two systems in ‘Sit-and-Reach’ and ‘Sit-Up’. New system’s female students were better than the old system’s. In the FR aspect, the result showed that male students had a significant difference between the two systems in ‘Body Composition Measurement of Fitness’ and ‘Recognition of BMI Indication Formula’. New system’s male students were better than old system’s. Female students had a significant difference between the two systems in ‘Recognizing of Regular Exercise Reducing Illness’, ‘Recognition of BMI Indication Formula’ and ‘Recognition of Fitness Policy Conducting’. New system’s female students were better than old system’s. In the SPEC aspect, it was found that male students had a significant difference between the two systems in ‘Teacher and Teaching’, ‘Teaching Administration’ and ‘Schoolmate Leaning’. The SPEC was lower in male students of the new system. For female students only ‘Leaning Effects’ had a significant difference between the two systems. Old system’s female students were better than new system’s. Chih-Wen Lee 李志文 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 110 zh-TW
