碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 92 === The purpose of this study was to explore the competencies of financial planners in banks. In order to accomplish the purpose, literatures review and Delphi technique were utilized. The Delphi method was employed to collect opinionsona draft of competencies identified from literature and interviews. Consequently, the following major conclusions were made: (1)financial planners must have the knowledge of financial environment and products、insurance planning、investment planning、income tax planning、retirement planning and estate planning ; and(2) financial planners must have the skill of selling and problem-solving (3)financial planners must be highly-motivated, persverant, self-confident , positive , resist pressing , self-control led, active, friendly and trust.
