This discusses mainly divides into six chapters:
1nd chapter: To try to define on the drug-related crime, narcotic category, type of drug-related crime and so on.
2nd chapter: It tries to explain International law of standard the transnational drug smuggling crime, and introduce the foreign country to drug smuggling crime preventing and controlling and the punishment, and various countries on criminal cooperation.
3rd chapter: To discuss in the international law concerning the related jurisdiction. This part draws out the debates in respect of jurisdiction, such as the procession of jurisdiction, and the solution of jurisdictional conflicts. Does or not that the coastal state to punish illegal acts when foreign ships offend the national law of coastal state?
4rd chapter: Analyzes our country related drug smuggling the entity law standard, procedure of and measure the marine investigation drug smuggling to carry out the drug smuggling the occurrence.
5rd chapter: To make an analysis inspection on the case of the related transnational drug smuggling in our jurisdiction.
6rd chapter: Studying on how the both governments between Straits could work cooperatively to crack down transnational drug-related crimes. Hopefully we could locate means to make criminal justices on both sides of the Taiwan Strait help each other, through introduction on updates of divided nations in this regard, in waging effective joint effort against crimes.
At last, to integrate the disputes over the sovereignty, joint crime-striking actions, and the cooperation on criminal and judicial issues across the Taiwan Strait, and offer possible solutions to these different issues.
