Although the issue of partnership is widely studied and discussed, no scholars do the in-depth research of sustaining partnership decision information integration model. Sustaining partnership will be further investigated in this research. According to manager cognition in technologic industry and financial industry, this research discusses the sustaining partnership decision model by Information Integration Theory. The Information includes “characteristics of a strong relationship” and “performance expectations”. The research outcomes as following: 1. Information Integration model of technologic industry managers in different situation （1）When characteristics of a strong relationship decrease and performance expectations increase, more technologic industry managers use different-weight averaging model and they give undue emphasis to characteristics of a strong relationship. （2）When characteristics of a strong relationship increase and performance expectations decrease, more technologic industry managers use different-weight averaging model and they give undue emphasis to characteristics of a strong relationship. （3）When characteristics of a strong relationship increase and performance expectations increase, more technologic industry managers use adding model and they give undue emphasis to characteristics of a strong relationship. 2. Information Integration model of financial industry managers in different situation （1）When characteristics of a strong relationship decrease and performance expectations increase, more financial industry managers use different-weight averaging model and they give undue emphasis to characteristics of a strong relationship. （2）When characteristics of a strong relationship increase and performance expectations decrease, more financial industry managers use different-weight averaging model and they give undue emphasis to characteristics of a strong relationship. （3）When characteristics of a strong relationship increase and performance expectations increase, more financial industry managers use adding model and they give undue emphasis to characteristics of a strong relationship. As the result of Information Integration Theory has been studied by scholar Anderson in America, we know that people make a decision by using adding model, multiplying model and averaging. Information Integration Theory is excellent to measure subjective ratio and value of information. In order to understand sustaining partnership information integration model of managers, this research analyzes information integration model in accordance with IIT. We hope this research can benefit the present managers, the related industries, and the successive researcher.
